VERY Early Morning Activity

Poor Pat. I am sooooo sorry. Rj and I are at the beach and Lola has an "episode". She says everything was fine, they were just watching TV and her heart took off. It was skipping a beat. She waited a couple hours, took her medication and went to bed. . . . where the irregular heartbeat continued, quite loudly in her ears. It was decided at that point, they should get her checked out. They knew we were out of town so they called Pat. He was in town (he's usually out of the country!) Pat picked them up and took them to Providence Milwaukie Hospital. There, Lola was checked out (they ran a bunch of tests). While they were waiting for test results, Bob snapped a few photos on his cell phone (LOVE that man!!!) and sent one to my sell phone (at 1:23 am). I woke up to my phone beeping . . . got the picture with no message attached. Robert wakes up and tries to decide if he (Bob) was just not sleeping and messing around with his cell phone and accidentally sent a picture. (?!?!?) (Apparently, my husband doesn't process thoughts --or pictures-- very well in the middle of the night.) As I'm telling him, "This is a picture of Pat in a hospital room and it appears he is NOT the patient", I send Bob a text message. . . ."call me". In the meantime Robert is telling me he (Bob) won't be able to figure it out. Bob does and calls me. (Unbeknownst to Rj, last weekend Bob and I got the "chatting" with text messages down pretty good - - - when he sent me a picture of Lola sleeping (snoring) sitting up in his recliner!) They got test results (all came back fine) and told Lola sometimes that happens but she could go home. As of this morning, she still has the irregular heartbeat but was told not to worry about it unless she developed some pain along with it because her heart checked out fine. She tells me this morning she's fine, has no pain - - didn't have any pain last night. She will need to see her doctor this week for a follow-up. Earlier today Bob called me and told me he took several pictures (which Lola let me know did not make her happy) but he "evidentally" lost them somewhere. . . . . . (bummer - but good job, Bob - I am sooooo proud of you!!) A big shout out THANKS SO MUCH to Pat for coming to the rescue. We owe you, Buddy!!
